Fire damaged property converted into a HMO.

This property was ravaged by fire.  We stripped the building back to just the four external walls. We then completely rebuilt the property adding a ground floor rear extension and loft conversion creating a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom HMO which meets the stringent regulations required for a HMO.
