Fire damaged property converted into a HMO. This property was ravaged by fire.  We stripped the building back to just the four external walls. We then completely rebuilt the property adding a ground floor rear extension and loft conversion creating a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom HMO which meets the stringent regulations required for a HMO. 

Full back to brick fit out.  We stripped this building back to brick and created a luxury hair salon. All furniture and fixtures were hand crafted on site, creating a bespoke and stylish finish. 

Complete reroof with major structural repairs.  Due to failure of the roof purlins, this Coach House roof had collapsed and over time forced the walls to bow outwards. After a complete strip and structural reinforcement we reinstated the roof. This was a complicated process as the building was so out of square, no two rafters were the same.  We think you will agree the result is exceptional.
